Scholarship opportunities for legal empowerment

A number network members from across the world have been accepted into colleges in the United States and Europe to further their studies in legal empowerment, rule of law and democratic governance. Some schools offer partial or full scholarships to cover tuition, but these grants don’t always cover the full cost of living.
