Advocate Shom Prasad Luitel with profound academic background has completed his LL. M. in Human Rights law. He has also contributed for National, Regional and International level advocacy for migrant rights through workshop, meeting and trainings. . Mr. Luitel has gained knowledge and experience in migration sector from last 15 years which aim to contribute to support in policy reformation work in labour migration sector. He has also contributed to Government of Nepal in drafting laws and policies related to labour migration. Mr. Luitel has been filed more than 10 successful PIL cases in Supreme Court of Nepal. He been providing free legal assistance to migrant workers and has published more than 100 articles on access to justice, human rights and migrant rights.
