I am the executive director of Socio-Economic freedom for Africa and Diaspora a none profit organization. I hold a BS in Epidemiology and community medicine, two MBAs, one in Healthcare Management and the other in Human Resources Management and a DBA in International Business Law. I am an expat in enhancing, and producing new knowledge relevant to development research practice, and generate evidence and learning to examine the power of community-based justice approaches and to strengthen democracy and protect human rights. I take the lead in using differing approaches in overcoming obstacles and move towards sustained teamwork and assimilation among basic innovative strategic efforts in closing the justice gap. Lead SEFAD collaboratively in conducting research and learning agenda for legal empowerment in the Sub-Saharan region, applied research, and practices. I always work ardently to establish alliance in new research initiatives for the 22nd century education programs; support and create educational outreach programs using foundation for collaborative learning experiences shared by endowment.

My focus is to implement strategic research initiatives for the 22nd century justice systems that will position Sierra Leone, Liberia, and The Gambian citizens to support the proposed initiative and closing the justice gap by strengthening inclusion, participation, and good governance using Community Land Act and scaling community land protection in the face of larger-scale advocacy effort aimed at promoting public awareness. The following are my professional experience: I have 10+ years’ experience in Clinical Research Associate II / Clinical Trial Monitor; 12+ years of field monitoring experience, able to work independently; 9 + years of experience as Senior Clinical Research Associate / Senior Clinical Trial Monitor; 12 + years of field monitoring experience, demonstrated leadership skill, mentor and coaching capability; Experience in the drug discovery/development process; 12 years’ experience working in a matrix environment and with Veeva Vault.
