After spending most of the first 20 years of her life in Idaho, receiving a Bachelors in Political Economy from Albertson College of Idaho, Kim found herself graduating just as the Great Recession was taking hold. After spending 2 years in Oregon working at a Jack in the Box (which she calls “the best business class I’ve ever taken”), she moved to Washington, DC, working in operations/HR/admin, writing, special projects and editorial operations for various organizations.
Kim is passionate about improving the candidate experience in hiring processes, empowering workers globally, and brings an unequivocal lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice to her work in hiring and operations. She spends her free time playing video games, watching Youtube, and starting myriad side projects.
