I am a grass root level worker, working for the community empowerment through social and financial inclusion since 2003. Have diversified experience of basic human rights awareness, Gender Based Violence, Water & Sanitation, Livelihood Enterprise Employment Development, Entrepreneurship Institutional development through capacity building. Above all health and education with the special focus on female education. Have got chance to work with the international donors (From the platform of Rural Community Development Society) i.e. UNDP, UN-FAO, Embassy of Japan. I have worked on poverty alleviation and graduated 2500 vulnerable to the prosperity, brought them out of the rut of poverty through different models. I also have been working with the minorities rights and independence of expression of ones point of view. Worked against the lands lords and empowered the slaves working with them.
