Tripti Poddar is a litigating attorney and development policy researcher based in India, focussing on Constitutional litigation. She is an advocate for community led policy advocacy and legal action, with a focus on legal empowerment. She has litigated on issues such as Aadhaar, socio-economic rights, and citizenship among others before various courts in India. She specialises in research and understanding the legal framework of issues like rights housing, health, nutrition, labour laws, nationality and refugee laws - and has worked in these contexts in India and Nepal. Tripti holds a Masters of Public Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from Christ University, India.
